For a long time I've had plans to create a podcast, which could both give important knowledge but also be a place to tell our stories. Now the ideas have finally formed and you can now listen to the podcast Freeze or Fawn.

In the podcast I investigate dynamics of relationships and the psychology behind dysfunctional relationships and abuse.

The podcast has two types of episodes. Informative episodes and episodes with interviews and stories.
